Where we are today
Concentrating on a small number of residences is a deliberate choice. When our team is already in the building every week, housekeeping between two stays costs less to run, linen and supplies are stored on site, and someone can be at your door in minutes instead of hours.

We run a furnished, themed studio inside the residence — live on the booking platforms, cleaned between every stay by our own team, with guests handled around the clock. Owners in the same building can plug into that setup directly.

A team already on site
Housekeeping, check-ins and small repairs are handled by people who know the building, the guards and the lifts — not by someone driving across the island.
Shared linen and supplies
Linen, towels and guest products are stored inside the residence. A turnover between two stays takes hours, not a day.

A leak, a failed aircon or a lost key is dealt with the same day, documented with photos, and reported in your monthly statement.
